  1. Minutes

November 9, 2017.

 

Revisions of New Projects for FY19

 

2.  Repairs to Head of Westport Town Landing stone retaining walls, Phase 3. $95,500.  Tony Millham, Westport Landing Commission, Project Manager.  Revised from $95,000 to $95,500.

 

3.  South Coast Scenic Greenway Feasibility Study.  $10,000.  Submit support letters from Westport officials and from Fall River.

 

New Projects for FY19

 

4.    Open Space/Recreation Conservation Restriction on Camp Core of St. Vincent de Paul property.   $200,000.  Steve Sloan and Ross Moran.

 

5.    Historic preservation of Elements of the interior of the Acoaxet Chapel.  $24,980.  Stanley Cornwall.

 

6.    Electrical installation and well on WUYS playing fields.  $40,000 Fernando Larguinha.

 

7.    Historic preservation of exterior of Council on Aging Town building. $2,000 & $9,950  Beverly Bisch.

 

Projects to be reviewed

 

8.    FY14.  Playground accessibility and rehabilitation $12,029.95  Tim Gillespie

9.    FY18. Town Annex Roof RFP.  Tim Gillespie

 

Administrative

 

10.  Sign Acknowledgement of receipt of Conflict of interest Law (e-mailed to members on 12-4-17)

11.  Public Hearing notice will go out on Dec 28 & Jan 4.

12.  CPC Annual Report for 2017 due mid January and CPC presentation to FinCom for TM.

13.  There will be no CPC meeting in February.

 

14. Any other unanticipated business.
