Complaint Form

This page provides access to an online complaint form which resides on Google Forms (outside of the Town's official website). The complaint form was created and is managed by the Cable Advisory Board for the Town of Westport, Massachusetts. All information gathered or captured by this form will be held in the strictest of confidence and used only by authorized board members and/or town employees relative to the complaint filed and geared toward resolving that complaint.

PLEASE CONTACT CHARTER SPECTRUM BEFORE FILING ANY COMPLAINTS. THEY CAN BE REACHED AT (855) 855-4575 or online at Charter Support. Charter Spectrum must be given an opportunity with a reasonable timeframe to hear your concerns and offer a reasonably satisfactory response to those concerns. All activities conducted by Charter Spectrum are subject to our cable services contract executed in June 2013 as well as regulations imposed by both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Federal Government. If you remain dissatisfied after receiving a resolution offer from Charter Spectrum you may notify the Cable Advisory Board of your concerns.
