Blood Pressure Clinics

The Board of Health offers a weekly Blood Pressure Clinic on Wednesdays from 8:30am - 11:30am @ the Public Health Nurse's Office located on the 1st floor in the Town Hall ANNEX Building at 856 Main Road.

Off-site clinics will now be offered on Fridays at various locations.

Here is the current schedule for Friday Blood Pressure Clinics:

• May 3, 2024; 9:00am-11:30am @ Noquochoke Village, 1163 American Legion Hwy.
• May 17, 2024; 9:00am-11:30am @ Council on Aging (COA), 75 Reed Road
