BOARD OF SELECTMEN - AGENDA REQUEST GUIDELINES FOR GENERAL PUBLIC / DEPARTMENT HEADS / RESIDENTS
Any Department Head, Employee or Resident can request to be placed on the BOS Agenda. The request must include supporting material or a full and specific description of the item to be addressed.

The deadline to submit any requests will be by 4:00PM on the Wednesday prior to the BOS's Monday meeting date. Any requests received after this time, will be placed on the next scheduled meeting agenda (meetings are held bi-weekly and on Mondays unless a holiday falls on the Monday, then the Board reserves the right to meet on Tuesday). Should the meeting fall on a Tuesday, the deadline for submission of requests will remain the same.

No exceptions will be allowed unless an extenuating circumstance occurs and permission is received from the Chairman or Vice Chairman.
