MVP 2.0

The Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) 2.0 program is a state-funded initiative that will expand on the work Westport completed through the initial 2019 MVP. These grant funds support communities with new methods, tools, and resources for building climate resilience and building community amongst the many different communities in Westport. The MVP 2.0 is a way for municipalities to revisit their community resilience priorities with a focus on equity and translate those priorities into action through project development and implementation.

The Town of Westport has contracted with the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District (SRPEDD) for assistance with grant implementation.
