SELECT BOARD - AGENDA REQUEST GUIDELINES FOR GENERAL PUBLIC / DEPARTMENT HEADS / RESIDENTS
Any Department Head, Employee, or Resident can request to be placed on the Select Board Agenda. The request must be accompanied by all supporting materials or a full and specific description of the item to be addressed.
The deadline to submit any requests is no later than 4:00PM on the Wednesday prior to the BOS's Monday meeting date. Any requests received after this time will be placed on the next scheduled meeting agenda (meetings are held bi-weekly and on Mondays, unless a holiday falls on Monday, then the Board reserves the right to meet on Tuesday). Should the meeting fall on a Tuesday, the deadline for submission of requests will remain the same.
No exceptions will be allowed unless an extenuating circumstance occurs and permission is received from the Chairman or Vice-Chairman.
