5. Presentation of the Final Report "Documentary Research and Archeology at the Waite-Kirby-Potter Site, Westport, Massachusetts by Katherine Johnson and Christa Beranek, UMass Boston, May 2010, under the CPC project Waite-Potter Archaeological Dig, by Anne "Pete" Baker.

6. Town Records Preservation Project, submission of bid for Volume 1, 1787-1827, Westport Town Records, 1787-1831 and Westport town Records. Book B. 1788 -1879.

7. Bill corrections amounting to $5,000 for the two accounts: 26 x-45-183-6008-5858 (Community Housing) and 26-x-45-6008-5835 (Affordable Housing Plan). Correction of three previously approved and submitted and paid bills for $490.56, $3,960.83 and $548.61 to be deducted from account 26-x-45-183-6008-5858 (Community Housing) and thus reinstating the correct balance of $5,000 into account 26-x-45-6008-5835 (Affordable Housing Plan).
