7:00 pm: Minutes of May 3, 2010. Treasurers Report. Election of Officers for FY2011. Vote to change July meeting date to July 6 vs. July 5. Mail, General Business.
7:30 pm: Public Hearing for a Certificate of Appropriateness for property located at 1958 Main Road. The proposed work is to install an iron railing on the front steps for safety purposes (on left side (doorknob side) as faced from street) of the same design and materials of the iron railing on front steps at 2002 Main Road. Henry and Judy Swan, applicants.
7:35 pm: Betty Slade: Short reports on CPC historic preservation project, i.e., Westport Historic Inventory, Public Cemeteries, Waite-Kirby-Potter Archeology Dig, Library History Room, Town Clerk Record Books Preservation Project, and Oscar Palmer Farm Historic Structures Report
Any other business that may reasonably come before the commission.
