7:00 pm: Minutes of April 5, 2010. Treasurers Report for April and May. Mail, General Business.
7:30 pm: Continuation of a Public Hearing for a Certificate of Appropriateness for property located at 1973 Main Road. Nils Bruzelius, applicant. This work was approved at the April hearing. We have received notification from the applicant that he is satisfied with the colors selected at the hearing. Approval form to be signed.
7:35 pm: Preliminary review for 1834 Main Rd. Change style and location of two exterior windows. Bob Tripp, applicant.
7:40 pm: Application(s) for Certificate(s) of Non-Applicability to do like-for-like repair to two chimneys with new copper flashing at 1950/1956 Drift Rd. One on the main house, one on the relocated cottage. Nancy Burkholder, applicant.
8:00 pm: Continuation of a Public Hearing for a Certificate of Appropriateness for 1953 Main Rd., to amend an approved Certificate of Appropriateness. The Proposed work is to replace a single door on the south side of the garage with a double door of the same design as the new doors on the house addition. Barbara Koenitzer, applicant.
