2. Approve minutes of January 14, 2010 Regular Meeting.
3. Update on status of Estuaries Project and next scheduled meeting date. Betty Slade
4. Discussion of COA- Request for funding of $49,000 to replace the roof covering on the flat roof section and re-shingle the sloped areas with three Tab roofing and caps on hip and peak. Estimate by local roofing contractors. Mary Ellen Gomes
5. Report on Town’s Public Record Preservation Project. RE: Choice for microfilming and digitalizing first eleven books. Betty Slade
6. Request for funding to replace forty-eight hoods over ranges at Greenwood Terrace. Liz
7. Legion Hall/ School District Building Fifteen – Report on progress of heating installation by Cooling Concepts. (completion of rough-in $2,394.00) Leno Rego
8. Westport Grange #18 – Approved bills of January 14th for reconsideration.
9. Discussion on Desjardin / Brunswick 50 acre- north of Cornell Rd. connecting to Herb Hadfield and Angelina Brook extending southerly from of Adamsville Rd. $125,000 Conservation Restriction. Warren
10. Discussion on Oscar Palmer Farm. Warren
11. Update report on status of WYAA-Soccer Fields and Passive Rec. walking trails. Bob Grillo
12. Review projects pending and post hearing in Shorelines on March 25 and April 1 for Public Hearing to be held on April 8th, 2010.
13. Misallocation of funds RE: Voucher of 4/2/08 (Campbell Environmental)
