7:00 pm:     Minutes of December 7, 2009.  Treasurers Report.  Mail, General Business.  

7:30 pm:       Public hearing for changes to an approved CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS for property located at 1998 Main Rd., On the Main House: (1) add second air-conditioning compressor on north side, (2) relocate emergency generator from south to north side, (3) delete dark brown accent color from exterior color scheme.  On the cottage:  (1) delete brick chimney, (2) add 11” x 11” x 6” gas fireplace vent set in 20” square flange on west wall, (3) substitute metal for cedar on east-facing low-slope roof, (4) delete bedroom window in west wall.  Pamela Coravos and Garrett Stuck, applicants.

Discussion of the Master Plan, led by Jane Loos.

Any other business that may reasonably come before the commission.
