Present:    Lisa Arnold (LA), Bob McCarthy (BM), Warren Messier (WM), Tony Vieira (TV), Hugh Morton (HM), Jack Baughan (JB), Chuck Goldberg (CG), John Miller (JM)
Absent:    Tracy Priestner (TP) – was in attendance at Town Meeting at 7:00 p.m..

LA, Chair, opened the meeting at 6:00 pm.

1. A schedule of meetings going forward was distributed to be discussed at a later date.
2. JM talked on Article 6 that the Highway Surveyor was definitely going to passover the article on the floor.
3. CG mentioned that a new member would need to be appointed to the Personnel Board since he is not continuing on the Fincom after June 30th.
4. LA suggested that any article that was “Recommend at Town Meeting”, the Fincom will listen to the presentation and then caucus for a recommendation.  
                                
The meeting then sat in recess until Town Meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Adjournment and next meeting:    There being no further business to come before this meeting, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 11:15pm.  The next meeting will be June 23rd at 7:00 pm.
