7:00 pm: Minutes of November 2, 2009. Treasurers Report. Mail, General Business.
7:30 pm: Public hearing for a CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS for property located at 2 Carters Way, Sal and Debora Bianco, applicants. The proposed work is to add a 20' by 25' (600 sq. ft w/steps) deck in front of the existing South facing porch, East and West sides will have bench/rail, South will have steps.
Any other business that may reasonably come before the commission; which may include discussions regarding the Master Plan, the proposed bank in Central Village, WHC application forms, etc.
