7:00 pm: Minutes of July 6, 2009. Treasurers Report and reading of Trust Document. Mail, General Business. Decision on Sept. meeting date. Handy House tour update by Geraldine Millham. Discussion of proposed changes to Application form(s), led by Betty Slade.
7:30 pm: Continuation of a public hearing for 10 Cunningham Lane, Lynda McKenzie owner, Robert Pires, presenting.
7:45 pm: Westport Point Condo Assn: Application for Certificate of Non-Applicability to demolish the existing garage at/near 1878 Drift Rd. Jim Feeney representing the condo assn.
8:00 pm: Jennifer Holske re: Oscar Palmer farm.
8:30 pm: Preliminary Review for 1991 Main Rd. to repair/replace gutters, fascia boards, siding, etc as needed. Welles and Betsy LaMonte, owners.
8:45 pm: Certificate of Non-Applicability for 1972 Main Rd. for repair/replacement of gutters, fascia boards, etc. Ted and Carol Spach, owner.
