Call to order and salute to the flag.
Approve minutes of August 13, 2009 regular meeting.
Adjourn the regular CPC meeting until the completion of The Special CPC Hearing which was duly advertised and posted to take place on September 10, 2009 at 7:10 PM.
Reconvene regular CPC meeting.
Update on Dredging Committee Meeting and release of balances in CPC approved account in the amount of $87,015 toward the balance due from the Town in the amount of $494,979.25.
Oscar Palmer Farm update and clarification of vote of August 13, 2009.
Review and authorize payment of $75,000 for CPC contribution for partnering on Brookside Project. Prepare voucher for signing. Review confirmation of Planning Board site plan review and ZBA special permit for parking facilities.
Take action on current bills.
