7:00 pm:     Minutes of June 1, 2009.  Treasurers Report and reading of Trust Document, Mail, General Business.  Handy House inspection update.  Open Meeting Law report by Jane.  Discussion of changes to WHC forms, led by Betty Slade.
7:30 pm:       Continuation of a Public Hearing for Certificate of Appropriateness:  10 Cunningham Lane to replace 8 windows, trim, and front porch with like style but with aluminum and vinyl clad products.  Lynda McKenzie, owner.  The owner has asked to continue until August 3, 2009 at 7:30 pm.
7:30 pm:       Application for Certificate of Non-Applicability:  1962 Main Rd. replace existing asphalt roof shingles with new asphalt shingles.  Rick Smith presenting.
7:30 pm:       Public Hearing for a CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS for property located at 21Cape Bial Lane.  The proposed work outlined is for the demolition of the present garage and to be replaced with the construction of a new one-story guest cottage.  Peter Fenn presenting.
7:45 pm:       Public Hearing for a CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS for property located at 1998 Main Rd. The proposed work outlined is for changes to the approved Certificate of Appropriateness issued 1/5/09 for the renovation of the house, cottage and garden shed. The new intended work is for the demolition of the kitchen ell(foundation to stay), the reconstruction of the ell with minor changes, and minor change requests for the cottage and garden shed.
8:15 pm:       Public Hearing for a CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS for property located at 2048 Main Road.  The proposed work is for changes to the approved Certificate of Appropriateness issued 1/12/09 for the moving of the shed/boat house and new septic system design.  The new intended work is to raise the shed/boat house 2½ ft., construct a deck on east side of shed/boathouse and construct walkway on south side of shed/boat house.
Any other business that may reasonably come before the commission.
