7:00 pm: Executive Session: Discussions concerning strategy with respect to ongoing litigation. Open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating positions of the Westport Historical Commission.
7:30 pm: Hearing for Certificate of Appropriateness, 1953 Main Rd., Barbara Koenitzer, applicant: Main House; moving deck stairs east against house, eliminating basement window behind stairs, changing door panel style on addition from vertical to horizontal and Garage; eliminating crescent window and changing window style on east side, replacing single door with
double door on south side and changing the siding color to match main house.
8:00 pm: Continuance of hearing on 2028 Main Rd., David and Sharyn Kelly, applicants.
8:30 pm: Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability: Westport Point United Methodist Church; Remove and Renew roof shingles on south side of church with like size and color.
