Fiscal 2007 Actual Tax bills mailed on December 29, 2006
Third and Fourth Quarter Actual Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills for Fiscal 2007 were mailed on December 29, 2006. Anyone not receiving a bill, please contact the Tax Collector's office at 508-636-1010. Third quarter bills are due on February 1, 2007 and fourth quarter bills are due on May 1, 2007. Paymnets received after the deadline are subject to 14% per annum interest. There is NO GRACE PERIOD. No reminders will be sent. Payment may be made online up to the due date at www.westport-ma.gov.
To make on-line payments, go to "Departments" and select Tax Collector." Follow instructions.
Office hours for the Tax Collector's office are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and the 1st Monday night of each month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Please keep in mind the Assessor's office is closed to the public on Thursdays.
